Acceptance

By creating an account or using DashStats.net in any capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

DashStats.net is a stat-tracking platform for Geometry Dash. It allows players to sync their level completions, track XP and rankings, and view public leaderboards. The service is free to use.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Discord (as required by Discord's own Terms of Service) and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. By signing in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account, which is used to authenticate with DashStats.net.
  • You may only link a Geometry Dash account that you own and control.
  • You must not attempt to link or impersonate another person's GD account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Abuse, exploit, or attempt to manipulate the API, sync endpoints, or XP/leaderboard systems (including submitting fabricated completions).
  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with the mod or site in ways that provide unfair advantages on the leaderboard.
  • Use the service to harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service in ways not intended by the platform, except through the documented public API with reasonable rate limits.

Public Content

Your profile, completions, XP, and rank are publicly visible. By using the service, you consent to this data being displayed on your public profile page and in site-wide leaderboards and feeds.

Third-Party Content

DashStats.net displays Geometry Dash level metadata (names, difficulties, star ratings) sourced from the Geometry Dash API. DashStats.net is not affiliated with or endorsed by RobTop Games. All Geometry Dash trademarks and content are the property of RobTop Games.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of leaderboard data, or uninterrupted access. Use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashStats.net and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or manipulate leaderboard data. You may also request deletion of your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
